How much does it cost?
It depends on the case: how many areas, whether it goes to court and where it is. We call you, talk it through and send the quote in writing, with travel on its own line.
Who will carry out the visit?
A chartered expert from our network, the best suited to your case and your area. We assign them.
Is the report valid for court?
Yes. It is an expert report: it is signed by a chartered expert who answers for what it states and defends it before the judge if summoned. If someone offers you an “expert report” without defending it in court, what they are offering you is a technical report.
